  September 22, 2018 - Part of a recent impulse buy ( I often buy wines unknown to me, just to discover new wines / regions ).
  
  A Vin de France, made by 100% Ugni Blanc, so curious to taste this ( for me ) new grape variety.
  
  + Nose - grassy, vegetal, slightly animal, hayloft
  + Taste - slightly greasy, salty, grassy, nicely fresh & acidic
  + Finish - spicy down your throat, thick, dry, short, a hint of alcohol (13%)
  
  Very nice wine - something not too complex, but simply to enjoy as aperitif or with a meal.
