September 29, 2018 - 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot, 13% alcohol
Before drinking, decanted for 1h
Medium red, full body.
Started with high acidity, difficult to approach, intense.
After 3-4h decant it got a little more palatable, but still to intense. I really don’t see its potential...it’s already been 13 years and it really isn’t showing much. Maybe it needs another 10 years to soften up...3 people found this helpful 12,012 views
