  October 3, 2018 - A few days ago, I popped and let breath for few mins and then corked and placed back into the refrigerator. I poured a glass tonight and wow, this was a rockin'! Reminds me of Aubert from a cooler climate with less wax. I can somewhat understand how Jeb gave this a perfect score, it has wonderful aromatics and a unique flavor on first sip. The honeysuckle, butterscotch, white flowers and citrus flavors are enchanting. However, the crescendo dissipates a little instead of lingering on. Solid 96+ at this moment IMO. While I really enjoyed this wine, I do not this it has the stuffing to evolve into a 100pt wine. However, there is acid, so we'll see where this evolves in another few years, maybe another a point or two. Glad I took a flyer on a few at release. For $65, it's definitely worth the money.
