  October 23, 2018 - The 2014 Dancing Bear Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful showing. This Cabernet Sauvignon includes 2% Cabernet Franc and was sourced from 24 separate blocks in the Dancing Bear Ranch Estate Vineyard on Howell Mountain. As this slowly unwinds in the glass it begins to release alluring aromas of dark cherries and currants which are woven together with graphite, mocha, violets, anise and hints of peppery spices. On the palate this is full-bodied with beautifully polished tannins along with excellent depth and concentration. It continues to impress with ripe flavors of dark fruits combining with spices and earthy nuances that expand seamlessly across the palate and leave a lasting impression on the finish. While this is nothing short of outstanding today, it also shows wonderful promise for a long future ahead.
