October 26, 2018 - Yes, the color is more golden than I'd expect from a '14 chablis. The nose and palate are on point, however -- a seductive melange of white powdered rock and focused, coruscating lemon-acid. It isn't effervescent but it is so replete with minerals and acid that it fairly buzzes on the nose and palate. Just love this stuff and wish I could find this producer more easily.
