  October 27, 2018 - Single vineyard offering from one of my favorite producers. I don’t drink a lot of petite Syrah, but this was really nice with grilled lamb. Integrated nose of sweet dark fruit, oak, and earth. On the palate, this had big, dense, dark fruit up front but moved seamlessly to complex layers of modest wood, chocolate, and fine tannins that pulled everything together in a nicely balanced package. Entering its prime and will likely stay here for some time.
