  November 3, 2018 - Opened poured 2 glasses then left the open bottle in the cellar for 3 hours. Initial taste of red fruits and a beautiful nose. Drank well from pnp but fleshed out while in bottle. Drank over 3 hours and improved throughout the night. Great nose. Mostly red with some blue fruits. I think it improves over a couple years
