  Clear, pale, gold to water white rim, legs.
  Clean, medium, fully developed nose of oyster shell, citrus, lemon pith, waxed apple and honey.
  Dry, medium (+) acid, medium (-) alcohol (10.5%), medium body, medium intensity flavours of lemon pith, honey, toast, grapefruit. Medium length.
  
  Very good, balanced, drink now, this may be getting to its end, starting to run out of primary fruit, it hasn't quite developed in the way I had hoped.
