  November 15, 2018 - PnP and let sit for a couple of minutes. Color is deep, ruby red or garnet fading through bright red to a strip of orange at the edge. A little closed initially the wine is still somewhat reticent to reveal aromas with swirling. On the palate bright, tart cherry with some dirt, mild tannin, subtle spices. Drinking with baked chicken and roasted broccolini and cheese and crackers. This was good.
