  November 19, 2018 - This is a lovely white burgundy. It has a light tropical nose and is a lovely light golden color. It has delicious chardonnay fruit but is very clean with some acid on the forward palate. The best part is the many changes this lovely wine goes through and its long lingering finish. This is a great wine to share with friends or to pair with seafood or poultry. I think it will be very good with a lightly grilled dish (butter or oil) but am not sure there is enough acid for a cream sauce.
