  November 18, 2018 - A tad funky on opening, maybe a little oxidized. But gave it a little air and time and it sang beautifully. Easy drinking, amazing flavor. Initially I got a slight white port, with maybe some buttered popcorn or maybe kettle corn. Once it aerated it was a nice finessed chardonnay. I didn't get many tasting notes at this point because it went so well with my dinner I simply enjoyed.
