I am wondering if you can recall how the Bedrock and the Carlisle compare? I am considering doing a side-by-side tasting of the two at a gathering this Saturday evening and would love to hear your insights! Cheers! - Jack

  8/22/19, 9:30 AM - I can't recall! Generally I find Bedrock to be more structured, Carlisle more accessible early. Love 'em both!
