  November 20, 2018 - Lovely crispy red berry fruit dominate this fine rosso. But there is more to it: earthiness and rusticity give it more depth. Still it is clean and clear in the taste with even a touch of menthol towards the end. Obvious tannins contribute to a beautiful balance and sufficient complexity. This perfectly pairs with porcini and truffle pasta.
