  November 21, 2018 - What a brilliant Champagne! There’s a hint of flint, smoke, and oak that leads into poached pear & green apple. This wine just keeps coming in waves...it’s like my mind can’t catch up with my nose and my palate as it’s constanly in a state of shift...the finish just runs on and on. While there’s a clear structure that seems chizzled into the core of this wine, there is a depth and width to this wine that reminds me of the experience like walking into see the David in Florence. This wine is regal and poised while also larger than life. Outstanding!!!
