November 24, 2018 - Previous notes from last month still apply. Some air helped to round-out the texture and provide additional depth of flavor. By hour two it was delivering an especially gorgeous mix of creamy, ripe fruit (pear, apple, honeydew) housed in a moderately zippy frame. No pucker factor here. The core became more richly pronounced, but without sacrificing much-needed speed and energy.
Paired great with cast iron turkey and pesto pizza rolls (nice use of T-Day leftovers). 93-94 points.1 person found this helpful 2,791 views
