  November 29, 2018 - Pale straw in colour, this crisp wine had aromas of sauerkraut, green olive, and lychee. It had a sweet and tangy medium-plus finish, which surprised me for a wine of light body. The medium-minus acidity was just enough to balance the sweetness. On the palate was lychee, with other flavours I couldn't discern. This wine paired well with spicy chicken breast. I imagine this would be a nice wine served chilled on a hot summer day.
