  December 5, 2018 - Ok, I did not wait as long as planned with the next bottle. But it was a good idea to try another one. Overwhelming smell of dark berries, forest floor, mushrooms. Smooth tannins, well balanced with mouthwatering taste of fruits. Long aftertaste. Much more developed than last bottle I tried 3 months ago. Had this wine with pasta and home-made sugo, made from self grown tomatoes. The real stuff. Is the more mature stage of the wine a development? Or bottle variation? Next bottle will tell what is going on. Probably during the coming holidays. Thanks Walter Musso!
