  December 8, 2018 - Tasted at the domain September 2018, immediately blew me away.
  First of six bottles, brought over to blind tasting with friends.
  
  - Nose : buttery, baked cookies, slightly animal like, cherry, paprika
  - Taste : medium, very nice fruit, vegetal, peppers, herbs
  - Finish : punchy, peppery, black fruits, slightly sweet
  
  A winner overall .... drink now or keep cellared for quite some time !
