  December 9, 2018 - Once again, 30+ min decant and this is a mouthfeel monster. Yes, there is alcohol on the nose, cured meat, ground pepper and the sagey herbs of the South Okanagan filling the bouquet. However, on the palate there are layers of rich black fruit, licorice, almost a Demi-glacé richness. Oh yeah, and the pepper. Paired with a rich pot roast w caramelized cipollini onions. The 2016 is even better.
