December 14, 2018 - Decanted about 12 hours ahead and left in the cellar. Good color for the age. Pleasant mushroom and red fruit nose. On the palate, earth, mushroom and a tiny bit of dried rose. Not a strong Nebbiolo though above adequate supporting a 3 day prepped brisket. Wished for more complexity, but Very Good.
