  December 17, 2018 - Opened one hour in advance. Grippy aroma of leather and sweet cherries. Rich, complex mix of flavors includes tar, cherry, plum. Cassis dominates the finish. Elegant, graceful, complex, firm structure. This has developed beautifully. Great right now, and should continue to be for the foreseeable future.
