  December 17, 2018 - You know I thought this would drink a bit richer considering the nine years on lees, but this wine is still very precise, nice mineral balance to the oxidative nuttiness. I’d sit on this for a few more years, though it is delicious right now. Reminds me of vintage Krug (‘01 comes to mind), but a bit more going on. I probably prefer it to Krug, especially at $100 less per bottle, but I’m not sure I’d buy it over Bouchard or Agrapart for the extra $100 per bottle. Great juice, just don’t love the value. Still thinking about it days later.
