  December 18, 2018 - Slo-ox for 1.5 hours. Pleasant florals, cassis on the nose. Medium bodied, dark fruit with a bit of green branch and drying tannin on palate.
  
  Surprisingly good for the vintage. My first “Core” and leaves me thinking that if these guys can do this in 2011, maybe worth seeking out a 2010, or 2013.
  
  Will hold my second bottle for intermediate term (drink by 2023). 92+
