  December 19, 2018 - Drank this wine with grass fed beef and sweet potato. In every way this wine was correct: good color, pleasant nose, varietal appropriate palate, good length, integrated oak, integrated tannins, nice acidity, overall good balance. Everything as it should be. But missing excitement, surprise, complexity, and "it factor".
