December 24, 2018 - The last bottle of this great vin santo. Still a very complex wine with some fresh acidity to balance out the refined sweet core. Very much in line with my previous notes. I don’t know if it is related to the Christmas eve celebration that we are drinking this on but I notice so me distinct note of roasted chestnuts...
