December 21, 2018 - We let this wine breathe for only about 30 minutes. We decanted it. Surprisingly little sediment. It still had wonderful spice notes to it that had nicely mellowed with time. i wouldn't want to let it age for much longer. If you have it, I would certainly drink it now.
