  December 29, 2018 - Decanted for 2 hours prior to drinking. Licorice, fennel and bucket loads of heat. More heat on the palate which quickly drops off with little acid left and dissolving rough tannins. No fruit on the palate left. Past its peak, drink up. Didn’t particualrly enjoy this one.
