  December 31, 2018 - I was worried this was past it's prime, but was pleasantly surprised.
  
  Salmon in color, lots of tight bubbles which did diminish quicker than I would have liked. Nice citrus scents with grapefruit, lemon & strawberry flavors. Not a true brut, but no real sweetness either.. A refreshing and clean taste... on a cold NYE, bundled up in coats and watching fireworks... a great bottle for a perfect night.
