  January 1, 2019 - My first time with this wine and, indeed, this producer. At this point in its life, this wine is focused and tart, in a very pleasant way. The finish continues for 45 seconds, a minute, or more. It is somewhat linear now, but I don't know how this sort of wine will evolve, as it is clearly very early in its lifecycle. Yet another Loire producer to keep on my radar.
