January 1, 2019 - NYE. Magnum. Nice wine. Harmonious nose, dried fruit, plum, maturity. Any rioja oakiness polished away by time. Smooth and still fresh, a little more acidity and tannins would have been better, but the easy, juicy style makes for a pleasant dinner match
