January 5, 2019 - Imagine yourself sitting in a bistro beside the ocean, the salty breeze sticking to your lips, the sun warming up your whole being while you gracefully slurp on oysters and drink a zesty, chilled wine. This Chablis is perfect for that. Lots of proper complexity, but nothing too grand. Dominant citrus fruit, a bit of toast, a bit of sea salt. Medium body, medium finish.
