  (Disgorged in May 2015, 100% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs, dosage 5 gr/l)
  Maturing notes on the nose showing yellow apples, butter and cream at first. With extended time in the glass it shows a lovely butterscotch note as well. Very good palate showing green apples acidity at first and with a bit short and thin finish. But when allowed to warm up a bit it broadens out a bit with hints of ginger and leaving a nice saltiness on the lips. This was a very pleasant showing, but perhaps a bit thin on the finish revealing the lesser vintage somewhat.
