  January 6, 2019 - By far this is the most consistent Estate vintage. I have the Estate wines from 2005 though 2014 and the 2007 has maintained a 93 point score for me.
  
  A shorter decant of 1 hours and paired with a ribeye steak. Same dark color, same beautiful aroma of black fruits, leather and spices and same palate of fruits, spices and hints of vanilla with medium tannin and balanced acids & alcohol.
  
  Great wine now and should be for several more years.
