    January 7, 2019 - This was a beauty.

Great fill - The aromas popped straight out of the bottle.

The nose gave hints of chocolate, toasted brazilian coffee beans, Moccha, Eucalyptus, Cohiba tobacco (aged), Jamon Iberico, and summer musk! This was a true display.

The palate followed through - even more cassis, red and dark berries, delicious black currant and some great eucalyptus again. Even more cedar and tobacco on the palate and that delicious heavy grilled game that is sweet but also strong in the taste. not as much grilled green bell pepper as one could expect but this was actually adding to the freshness and elegance. Sublime wine for a lesser vintage.

And the artwork.. Wow, Denmarks own Per Kirkeby, may he rest in peace among Picasso, Marc Chagall and Paul Delvaux!

Drink now or hold for another 5-7 years. At its peak right now!
