This is no longer a pale straw, but more a deep golden yellow. Scents of caramelizing sugar, dried nectarines, and peaches. The palate leads with kiwi, green apple, and caramelized peaches. This is richer and more robust than I remember. This is completely gulp-able!! The bottle has been open for 30 minutes and is 2/3 gone...drink now or enjoy over the next few decades. Lovely!!Medium body, high acidity, med+ fruit, and a long, long finish...that lingers on the palate. Outstanding!!!
