  January 14, 2019 - Nearly opaque dark purple with a ruby rim. Nose of earth, dark fruit, leather. Ripe full palate of savory blackberry, prune, hoisin, smoked meat, and licorice. Superb length. Refreshing acidity. Sweet tannins. velvety texture. Excellent!
