  January 17, 2019 - Double decanted, rebottled and then left in decanter for 2 hours. This is a deep, pure, rich, powerful, clean and balance wine. Way, way too young. Still. But not completely shut down. Huge fruit, but so pure and balanced. Black and blue fruit. Ashphalt, smoke, pencil, & earth. Balanced though with good acidity. Needs 10 more years but awesome to try now.
