  January 25, 2019 - Nose :mint, green pepper , ceder, tobacco
  palate: nice acidity , a bit ripe on attack, tobacco, mint, smooth tannin, very matured !
  Showing well how well of an aged Napa cab can be ! Only the bits of sweetness made it different from Bdx, but already a classic cab!
