  January 21, 2019 - Zachys Grands Crus de Bordeaux 2016 (New York City, NY): Dense and chewy but closed and difficult to judge. I got some chocolate or is that cocoa ? I believe this wine would benefit from age. It seems the wares are there to benefit from some bottle age.
