  February 1, 2019 - good condition, cork just soaked for half, pnp.
  Nose: mushroom ,mint, earthy ,dried herbs
  Palate : mushroom,high acidity ,tannin resloved, earthy ,plum, short on finish but, very drinkable ! Acidic after an hour , at peak now
