  February 2, 2019 - Blind tasting, gift from a sister. Superb flavours of old cupboard, brown honey, underwood and candied blackberries. Texture impressive for a CndP, suave, long without heat, neither bitterness, but mature long and delicate on, jammy old red berries. Alcohol well hidden. That's a CndP for southern french, whose who focuse on Rayas (without reaching it).
