  February 2, 2019 - Give the bottle some time to breathe before deciding. Still dark purple. Originally herbaceous and evolved to show some dark berries, smoke and cinnamon on the nose. On the palate, it was still fresh with dark fruits (which turned into prune about an hour later) and some cinnamon and leather. Continued to improve in glass. Take your time to enjoy the journey.
