watcheslover Likes this wine: 100 points

7/24/19, 7:29 AM - I gave it 95 points :) I think the difference is that professional critics do rightly judge a wine not only based on what it is right now but also on what the wine will be one day. Lucky for us consumer, they do that! But I myself here on Cellartracker (as stated in my profile) as well as a lot of others do rate the wines mostly on the current drinking experience (of course the potential can add a + or one or the other point to the rating sometimes). With that in mind I think that my 95+ point rating and your 100 point rating might not be so far apart from eachother. Because you certainly also included the potential of the wine into your rating (as I doubt that it drinks as a 100 point wine today, too young, still some rough edges).
