July 11, 2008 - Medium bead in a yellow-gold. Aromas of baked green apple and brioche. On the palate, baked apple, yeast, baked bread, and a hint of creamy vanilla show up. Very broad and long on the finish. A very nice wine that seems to be showing well right now.
