  February 4, 2019 - PnP after dinner with some goat cheese and crackers. Color is transparent garnet to ruby-red with a thin strip of liquid orange at the edge. Aromas of cherry, black cherry, freshly cut log, some wet earth and hint of menthol. On the palate fruit, wood, vanilla, light+ acid, light+ tannin, Notes of richness to the fruit. Quite nice.
