  February 6, 2019 - In a word: intense. Even with a bit of a cold, this was delicious. Grapefruit and lime on the nose, same on the palate but more (what I think of as) mineral/flinty character as well. Rich mouthfeel but with tingling acidity, and a little spice. Very long finish. Quite a mouthful! Well balanced and great now, but look forward to drinking the rest over the next few years to see how it changes.
