February 6, 2019 - From the oldest 1880s section of Geyserville. Nose is like herbal raspberry tea, cedar, cinnamon, leather, macerated berries. Palate nice sweet-tart acidity, good texture and persistence, gummy/herbal oversteeped tea, very clean and improving with air. My only complaint would be the rather linear character of the wine, still charming despite that.
