  February 8, 2019 - Medium golden yellow and tiny bubbles. Rich nose with notes of candied pineapple, brioche, baked apples and a little nutty. Full bodied with an odd texture to the acidity (5.5/10). Seems to taste older than a 2008 with honeycomb, almonds, tart lemon and a touch of sweet richness. Seems to need a little more time at the end of the long finish. Drink till 2022
