  February 8, 2019 - This is so freaking beautiful...A ruby core with hints of smoke, dehydrated meats, and lilac. It's so freaking elegant and primal. The palate is smooth and the finish seems to liner with moments where is seems to fall off a cliff then climbs up again. The plate has flavors of spiced pork chop, clove, fennel, and blackberry. I could drink this wine every night...and I think I'd be far more happy with this than many other "well known" wines. Extraordinary.
