  February 9, 2019 - At first this is just as tight as the Archaeus (the main difference being that this is predominantly mataro). Lots of air necessary. day two it is expressing a deep and wild aromatics, with good dark leather tinted sloeberry infused fruit and structure that is present but on the elegant silky side. Does not reach up to the level of the Syrah and Grenache based wines currently, but my guess is that this has even more need for age. Some kinship to the Leon Barral Valiniere. Rest for 5-10 years maybe?
